3. Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products , you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items.As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
Please note: If you are not satisfied with our product,you need to send us the picture of the product you received and the product label. We need to confirm whether the product you received is placed from our website or not,and to confirm which product you are not satisfied with.
If you do not send the pictures to us,we can not continue to process your problem. Thanks for your kindly understanding and cooperation

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
5.Returns will not be accepted without you having previously contacted our customer service team.Please do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive it.
