Cancel policy

We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee of total order amount because we have already stocked up for the customer and incurred a charge.

We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
