1.Knowfashionstyle Main Order Statuses
Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being "shipped".
Please refer to the different order statuses explanation below:
A.Pending
This order status is unpaid. Please feel free to pay for your order as soon as possible. Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.
B. Failed
This order is failed to pay. Your order is unpaid. You can contact your bank to check the details.
C. Payment to be confirmed:
Due to transaction delay or other reasons, at this time we haven't received your payment yet. If the payment has been completed successfully, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.
D. Paid:
You have just paid for your order, we will process your order as soon as possible, Please be patient.
E. Shipped
Your order has been shipped and now is on its way. Please check your order information and tracking number in account, and you may track the item on 17track (if it's a tracked order).
F、Canceled
If you request to cancel the entire order, or if the payment is overdue and the payment is not completed, the system will automatically cancel the order;
2.How about your Shipping Information?
After placing an order,we usually prepare the package in 4-10 business days, when ready, we will send your package according to the shipping method you choose.
Different shipping method takes different delivery time:
Main Contry:USA, Canada, Australia,United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries.
Flat Rate Shipping 7 - 25 working days
Standard Shipping 6 - 10 working days
Expedited Shipping 3- 7working days
For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
What is item processing time ?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 5 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 4-5 business days while large quantities can take approximately 5-10 business days to process.
Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave correct email address, shipping address and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery because of package refused by addressee; incorrect / illegible / incomplete address; expired retention period; addressee absence cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Knowfashionstyle.com.
4)We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.

Step 3: If the order has "Shipped", you can click the "Order details" to see tracking number. You can track it on 17 track

A.Change shipping address:
a.For unshipped orders, you can contact customer service for assistance.
b.For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed anymore.
B.Changing size/color/another items:
a.For unpaid orders, you can contact our service team to cancel it and place a new one with the size/color/ the items you want
b.For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact our customer service for size/color/item changing.
c.For shipped orders, the size/color cannot be edited.
Please note:We offer changing of another item if there's no price difference.
5.Why do i just receive some of my order items?
To ship your order as quickly as possible,In the following two cases, we will split your order. If you only receive some of the products you ordered, please don't worry, we will send them to you as soon as the other products are ready.
A. The item in your order is out of stock.
B. The item in your order is being prepared. It takes a long time to prepare. We will split your order to ship.

9.Can you send your catalogue to me?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you a catalogue. We upload our site with awesome items everyday so it would be difficult to update a catalogue but you are always welcome to view items on our website or contact our customer service representatives if you need more assistance.
10.Do you offer free shipping?
We don't support free shipping temperarily.
the shipping fee generally depends on the weight of stuff and the destination we ship to ,it's different to every country:

11、Do i need pay tax fee?
Our website will not charge you tax fee. The tax fee are determined by your country’s customs policy and are collected by the customs in your country.
Because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
