How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Second: please take the picture of the item is defective, send pic to service e-mail
Pls remark the order number and item number on e-mail., so that we could feedback to our QC Director, after check and agree, we will add new one to your next order for free.
Third: If you are unable to provide photos or video, or if the photos or video provided are not eligible for a quality defect in the item, All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers.After evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order.
1.The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and tax fee incurred.Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.
2.Refund excluded shipping and insurance, because delivery company charge it already when package sent out.
3.Pls leave a note inside package, remark order number,so that we can know when we got it,please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.

3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
